Prof. Chaitanya is a management consultant who educates corporate executives in Leadership, Motivation, Communication, Stress Management and so on. His interests include spirituality, Indology, literature, theatre, education, mythology, etc. His elaborate modern commentary on the Bhagavad Gita called Living Gita is being serialized online. A number of his articles on leadership, studies of Indian epics as well as conference papers, known for their original and often non-conventional outlook, are available on the internet. He has taught in several leading educational institutions of the country, including IIM Lucknow, XLRI Jamshedpur and Xavier Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, etc. Two other of his books, one on Epic Women and another on Indian Ethos in Management are soon to be published.
