Return and Refund Eligibility:

  • You can initiate a return or refund request within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Items sold are generally non-returnable, except in cases of:
  1. Wrong item delivery.
  2. Receipt of a defective item.

Return and Refund Process:

  • If you decide to return your order, the refund will be processed as reward points on our website, deducting the applicable shipping costs.
  • In the case of order cancellation post-dispatch, the refund amount will be credited as reward points after deducting the shipping costs.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Orders are expected to be delivered within 5-10 business days, excluding Saturdays. Please note that Saturdays are not considered business days.

Reshipping Charges:

  • If the courier is returned due to customer unresponsiveness or door lock issues, re-dispatching will incur additional shipping charges payable by the customer.
  • For order cancellations, the refund amount will be credited as reward points after deducting the initial shipping amount.

Reward Points Validity:

  • Reward points credited to your account are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Please utilize them within this period.

Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a tracking number for your order on your registered email once the order is dispatched.

Pustaknaamaa.com ships across India to all serviceable pin codes. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  1. Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  1. Estimated Delivery Time
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days
    Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Shipping Charges
  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹X (mention amount, if applicable).
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹49 (mention amount) is applicable on orders below this threshold.
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link and details. You can track your shipment through our logistics partner’s website.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD is available for select pin codes.
  • An additional COD handling charge of ₹25 (if applicable) may be levied.
  1. Delayed or Lost Shipments
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team at info@pustaknama.com.
  • In case of a lost shipment, a full refund or replacement will be provided after verification.
