https://pustaknaamaa.com/product/lakeer-tatha-anya-kahaniyan/#respondMon, 14 Aug 2023 13:10:38 +0000https://pustaknaamaa.com/?post_type=product&p=7381जिस सियासत का काम समाज को बेहतरी के रास्ते पर ले जाना था, उस सियासत का मकसद जब ख़ुद की बेहतरी तक सिमट जाए और अपनी बेहतरी के लिए वह समाज के भीतर तरह-तरह की ‘लकीर’ खींचने से भी गुरेा न करे, तो इससे आम लोगों को भले बहुत अधिक बेचैनी न हो, लेकिन अदीबों को तो होती है! चूँकि साहित्य हमेशा सुंदर का स्वप्न देखता है और अपने देशकाल और समाज से लेकर पूरी दुनिया को सुंदर देखने का हामी होता है, इसलिए सबसे यादा बेचैनी कलाकारों, अदीबों और इंसानियतपसंद लोगों को होती है. उर्दू के प्रक्चयात कथाकार तारिक़ छतारी अपनी बेहद संवेदनशील और सतर्क भाषा में लकीर की सियासत से बन रहे नये तरह के समाज में घटित होनेवाली लोमहर्षक घटना से पाठकों को झंझोड़ देते हैं. जिस देश में अनेक मुस्लिम कवियों ने भी भगवान कृष्ण को अपनी कविता और कहानी का विषय बनाया, जिस देश के लोग कण-कण में ईश्वर की उपस्थिति की बात करते हैं, उस देश में लकीर खिंच जाने के कारण कृष्ण बने के एक मासूम बालक को भीड़ सिर्फ़ इसलिए मार देती है कि उसका संबंध किसी अन्य समुदाय से है! तारिक़ छतारी समाज के इसी बदलते हुए स्वरूप को अपनी रचना का आधार बनाते हैं और अपने समुदाय से बाहर के जीवन की भी उतनी ही प्रामाणिक कहानी लिखते हैं, जितने प्रामाणिक वर्णन अपने समुदाय का करते हैं. यह प्रवृत्ति आज विरल है और विरल प्रवृत्तियों को ही रचने वाले तारिक़ साहब उर्दू के विरल कथाकार हैं!
